Mesa was born out of an obsession of finding a cookie that I would finally enjoy. Yes, believe it or not, I’ve never been a cookie lover, but funny enough, during my second pregnancy all I could think of was...COOKIES! So I took on the task of creating the perfect chocolate chunk cookie to share with my husband and oldest son (two cookie monsters), and to satisfy my sweet cravings. 

After many, many tries, our first product was born, the beloved “Signature Chocolate Chunk Cookie”. To my surprise, it became an absolute hit, building a loyal community and clientele, right from the beginning.

After 8 years living in NYC I decided to move back to Puerto Rico, and in February 2024 MESA was born. This is a woman-owned business, committed to bringing beauty, quality, and deliciousness to your mesa ("table") while sharing and connecting with our community. 

All of our products are small batch, made with top quality ingredients and no preservatives. Everything is baked in-house and hand packed with care. MESA takes on limited orders at a time to focus on creating a beautiful experience from start to finish.
