Mesa was born out of an obsession of finding a cookie that I would finally enjoy. Yes, believe it or not, I’ve never been a cookie lover. But something that I have always loved is to create inside and out of the kitchen, so I took on the task of creating the perfect cookie to share with my loved ones.

 

After a couple of months, and many, many tries, our first product was born, the beloved “Signature Chocolate Chunk Cookie”. To my surprise, it became an absolute hit, building a loyal community and clientele, right from the beginning.

Founded in February 2024 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. MESA is a woman-owned business, committed to bringing beauty, quality, and deliciousness to your mesa ("table") while sharing and connecting with our community. 

All of our products are small batch, made with top quality ingredients and no preservatives. Everything is baked in-house and hand packed with care. MESA takes on limited orders at a time to focus on creating a beautiful experience from start to finish.
