Q:  How do I place a custom order?

A: To get started on a custom order, please send us an email to hello@feastingmesa.com and we will get back to you in 24-48 hours. 

 

Q: Is there an order minimum?

A: We don't have a minimum for our regular weekend orders. However, there is a dozen cookies ($54) order minimum for all custom gifting orders. We work one-on-one with each client to guarantee a beautiful result. 

 

Q: Can I cancel an order?

A: MESA requires a 48 hour notice to cancel an order. A 75% refund will be given and refunded to the credit card used. NO CASH refunds will be given. MESA retains 25% of the order price for transaction fees in processing orders and refunds, ingredients ordered, and prep work done for order placed. Failure to receive a 48 hour notice for cancellation will result in no refund given. 

Q: Can you explain your pricing? 

A: We try our best to offer carefully sourced the best quality ingredients and supplies, and to buy from local vendors and farms whenever possible. Everything is prepared and baked in-house, and hand packed with care. MESA takes on limited orders at a time to focus on creating a beautiful experience from start to finish. 

Q: What kind of services do you offer?

A: Mesa offers drop-off catering and gift boxes in the Puerto Rico Metro Area, specializing in grazing platters and sweet trays. We don't offer full service catering at this time, but are able to come on site to assist set up, if needed. 

Q: Is there a set menu?

A: We do not have a set menu as our offerings change seasonally and are fully customized to our clients needs. 

 

Q: How far in advance do I need to order?

A: For smaller orders, 1-2 weeks. For larger orders, 3-4 weeks. 

 

Q: Where do you deliver?

A: In the Puerto Rico Metro Area. Delivery Fees Apply

 

Q: Do you ship?

A: Not at the moment. But we'll love to offer this service eventually.
